You receive peace of mind as we take care of all the day-to-day responsibilities, including:

  • All tenant communications and correspondence
  • Coordinate all maintenance issues
  • Tenant “move out” process includes coordination of cleaning, painting and other maintenance required to prepare the unit for new placement
  • 24 hour support – All calls and tenant issues handled directly
We handle all of the finance related issues with your tenants, including but not limited to:
  • Collection of monthly rent from the tenant
  • Perform activities related to late rent including assessment of late fees
  • Process all rent related communications including Notice’s to Vacate and initiation of eviction process if required with you and the Rentalsman
  • Received rents are either sent to you or deposited in a designated bank account
  • Filing damage deposits with the Rentalsman on your behalf
We use aggressive advertising and our extended network in the community to quickly fill rentals with tenants that are fully screened. Our responsibilities for recruiting new tenants includes:
  •  Advertising for vacant units kept up-to-date online and in print materials
  •  Scheduling and showing of vacant units to prospective tenants
  • An application process
  • Initial screening which consists of reference checks
  • Tenant “move in” process including unit walk through with new tenants and the delivery of keys
  • Supplying all of the required documents, including lease
